Women
Seekers and Seekers in Moonlight were part of a very long-lasting period in which I did endless walls and women, pursuing the question of where one's limited time and energy should go. The two Segments of a Woman's Life paintings here continued that theme, including aging.
Mountain Women was painted during that same period, when many of us were using ceremony to figure out who we were and where we were going.
The Crone digital scratchboard drawings came later in my life when I began exploring the possibilities of cronehood.
Mosaic Nude - Red was a rest from all that analysis and just a celebration of being female.
